# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 392/2012 of 1 March 2012 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to energy labelling of household tumble driers (Text with EEA relevance), Article 10: Entry into force and application

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
2. It shall apply from 29 May 2013. However, Article 3(d) and (e) and Article 4(b), (c) and (d) shall apply from 29 September 2013.
