# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 392/2012 of 1 March 2012 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to energy labelling of household tumble driers (Text with EEA relevance), Article 6: Verification procedure for market surveillance purposes

The authorities of Great Britain shall apply the procedure set out in Annex V for assessing the conformity of the declared energy efficiency class, the energy consumption per cycle, the condensation efficiency class where applicable, the rated capacity, the power consumption in off-mode and left-on mode, the duration of the left-on mode, the programme time and airborne acoustical noise emissions.
