# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 392/2012 of 1 March 2012 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to energy labelling of household tumble driers (Text with EEA relevance), Article 9: Transitional provisions

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. Article 3(d) and (e) and Article 4(b), (c) and (d) shall not apply to printed advertisements and printed technical promotional material published before 29 September 2013.
2. Household tumble driers placed on the market before 29 May 2013 shall comply with the provisions of Directive 95/13/EC.
3. Household tumble driers which comply with the provisions of this Regulation and which are placed on the market or offered for sale, hire or hire-purchase before 29 May 2013 shall be regarded as complying with the requirements of Directive 95/13/EC.
