  "text": "Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 41/2012\nof 18 January 2012\nsuspending submission of applications for import licences for sugar products under certain tariff quotas\nTHE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation),\nHaving regard to Commission Regulation (EC) No 891/2009 of 25 September 2009 opening and providing for the administration of certain Community tariff quotas in the sugar sector, and in particular Article 5(2) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nQuantities covered by applications for import licences submitted to the competent authorities from 1 to 7 January 2012 in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 891/2009, are equal to the quantity available under order numbers 09.4318, 09.4319 and 09.4321.\n(2)\nSubmission of further applications for licences for order numbers 09.4318, 09.4319 and 09.4321 should be suspended until the end of the marketing year, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 891/2009,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
