# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 418/2012 of 16 May 2012 amending Regulation (EC) No 376/2008 as regards licence obligations for certain agricultural products, and amending Regulation (EC) No 1342/2003 as regards the transfer of rights deriving from licences for cereals and rice imported under tariff quotas, Article 2: Amendment of Regulation (EC) No 1342/2003

In Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 1342/2003, paragraph 7 is replaced by the following:
‘7. By way of derogation from Article 8(1) of Regulation (EC) No 376/2008, rights deriving from licences referred to in paragraph 4 of this Article shall not be transferable.’
