# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 427/2012 of 22 May 2012 on the extension of special guarantees concerning salmonella laid down in Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council to eggs intended for Denmark (Text with EEA relevance), Article 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 July 2012.
