United Kingdom
The application of these common principles shall, when taken together with the other conditions set out in Article 19, lead to the F1competent authority or the Secretary of State deciding whether or not a biocidal product can be authorised. Such authorisation may include restrictions on use or other conditions. In certain cases the F2competent authority may conclude that more data are required before an authorisation decision can be made.
