# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 579/2012 of 29 June 2012 amending Regulation (EC) No 607/2009 laying down certain detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 479/2008 as regards protected designations of origin and geographical indications, traditional terms, labelling and presentation of certain wine sector products, Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 607/2009 is amended as follows:
(1) Article 51 is replaced by the following:
‘Application of certain horizontal rules
Article 51 1. For the purposes of indicating the ingredients as referred to in Article 6(3a) of Directive 2000/13/EC, the terms concerning sulphites/sulfites, milk and milk-based products and eggs and egg-based products that must be used are those listed in part A of Annex X.
2. The terms referred to in paragraph 1 may be accompanied, as applicable, by one of the pictograms shown in part B of Annex X.’;
(2) Annex X is replaced by the contents of the Annex to this Regulation.
