  "text": "The FCA, the PRA and the Bank of England, as appropriate, must co-ordinate the exercise of their functions when making technical standards under:\n(a) the second sub-paragraph of paragraph 4 of Article 4,\n(b) paragraph 5 of Article 9,\n(c) paragraph 6 of Article 9,\n(d) paragraph 15 of Article 11, or\n(e) paragraph 17 of Article 11,\nwith a view to ensuring that the technical standards made under each of those provisions are compatible.",
