# Regulation (EU) No 649/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012 concerning the export and import of hazardous chemicals (recast) (Text with EEA relevance), Article 12: Information to be transmitted to the Secretariat concerning banned or severely restricted chemicals not qualifying for PIC notification

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In the case of chemicals listed only in Part 1 of the GB PIC list, the Secretary of State shall provide the Secretariat with information concerning the relevant final regulatory actions, so that the information can be disseminated to other Parties to the Convention as appropriate.
