F1The Designated National Authority shall have the responsibility of controlling the import and export of chemicals listed in F2Parts 1, 2 and 3 of the GB PIC list.

F3The Designated National Authority shall act in a targeted and coordinated way in monitoring exporters’ compliance with this Regulation.
