The Designated National Authority must acknowledge receipt of the first export notification received concerning the export to Great Britain of a chemical the manufacture, use, handling, consumption, transport or sale of which is subject to prohibition or severe restriction under the legislation of a Party, other country or Northern Ireland, for each chemical from each Party, other country or Northern Ireland.
