  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall be without prejudice to requests for Union reimbursement in accordance with Article 95(1) of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 543/2011 of national financial assistance authorised by the Commission before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.",
