  "text": "For the purpose of this Annex I (Part 21), ‘competent authority’ shall be:\n(a)for organisations having their principal place of business in a Member State, the authority designated by that Member State; or the Agency if so requested by that Member State; or\n(b)for organisations having their principal place of business in a non-member State, the Agency.",
