The importer has to submit the signed original (form 1) and ‘copy for the importer’ (form 2), where appropriate together with CITES Appendix III documents F1and, for specimens exempt from an import permit under Article 4(2) of Regulation (EC) No 338/97 by means of a waiver under Article 7(5) of that Regulation, the export permit or re-export certificate. from the (re-)exporting country to the customs office of introduction into F2Great Britain.
