  "text": "The design and technical specifications with regard to forms for permits, certificates and other documents provided for in Regulation (EC) No 338/97 and Regulation (EC) No 865/2006 are described in this Regulation. The design and technical specifications are specified for the following documents:\n(1) import permits;\n(2) export permits;\n(3) re-export certificates;\n(4) personal ownership certificates;\n(5) sample collection certificates;\n(5a) musical instrument certificates;\n(6) import notifications;\n(7) travelling exhibition certificates;\n(8) continuation sheets for personal ownership certificates, for travelling exhibition certificates and for musical instrument certificates;\n(9) certificates provided for in paragraphs 2(b), 3 and 4 of Article 5 of Regulation (EC) No 338/97, and in Articles 8(3) and 9(2)(b) thereof;\n(10) labels referred to in Article 7(4) of Regulation (EC) No 338/97.",
