  "text": "(a) The categories of messages handled by the aeronautical mobile service, and the order of priority in the establishment of communications and the transmission of messages shall be in accordance with Table S14-1.\nTable S14-1\nMessage category and radiotelephony order of priority signal\nRadiotelephony signal\n(a)\nDistress calls, distress messages and distress traffic\nMAYDAY\n(b)\nUrgency messages, including messages preceded by the medical transports signal\nPAN PAN or PAN PAN MEDICAL\n(c)\nCommunications relating to direction finding\n—\n(d)\nFlight safety messages\n—\n(e)\nMeteorological messages\n—\n(f)\nFlight regularity messages\n—\n(b) Distress messages and distress traffic shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of point SERA.14095.\n(c) Urgency messages and urgency traffic, including messages preceded by the medical transports signal, shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of point SERA.14095.",
