  "text": "(a) The form of test transmissions shall be as follows:\n(1) the identification of the station being called;\n(2) the identification of the station calling;\n(3) the words ‘ RADIO CHECK ’ ;\n(4) the frequency being used.\n(b) The reply to a test transmission shall be as follows:\n(1) the identification of the station requesting the test;\n(2) the identification of the station replying;\n(3) information regarding the readability of the station requesting the test transmission.\n(c) When the tests are made, the following readability scale shall be used:\nReadability Scale\n(1) 1 Unreadable\n(2) 2 Readable now and then\n(3) 3 Readable but with difficulty\n(4) 4 Readable\n(5) 5 Perfectly readable",
