Division (a) A flight plan shall comprise information regarding such of the following items as are considered relevant by the competent authority:

Flight rules and type of flight

Number and type(s) of aircraft and wake turbulence category

Equipment

Departure aerodrome or operating site

Estimated off-block time

Cruising speed(s)

Cruising level(s)

Route to be followed

Destination aerodrome or operating site and total estimated elapsed time

Alternate aerodrome(s) or operating site(s)

Fuel endurance

Total number of persons on board

Emergency and survival equipment

Other information.
