  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from the date of entry into force until 31 March 2014.\nThis Regulation shall be reviewed before 31 March 2013 as regards the products of which the harvest is mainly between August and November and as regards fish and fishery products.",
