# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1001/2013 of 4 October 2013 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff, Division 6: In headings 3901 to 3914, the expression ‘primary forms’ applies only to the following forms:

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(a) liquids and pastes, including dispersions (emulsions and suspensions) and solutions;
(b) blocks of irregular shape, lumps, powders (including moulding powders), granules, flakes and similar bulk forms.
