# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1001/2013 of 4 October 2013 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff, Division 2: In heading 9602, the expression ‘vegetable or mineral carving material’ means:

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(a) hard seeds, pips, hulls and nuts and similar vegetable materials of a kind used for carving (for example, corozo and dom);
(b) amber, meerschaum, agglomerated amber and agglomerated meerschaum, jet and mineral substitutes for jet.
