  "text": "For the consecutive maintenance periods, the reserve requirement of the acquiring institution is calculated on the basis of a reserve base and of statistical information reported in accordance with the rules set out in the table below. Otherwise, the normal rules for reporting statistical information and calculation of reserve requirements, as set out in Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 1745/2003 (ECB/2003/9), apply.",
