  "text": "Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93 is amended as follows:\n(1) In Article 230, the following point (e) is added:\n(e) ‘portable musical instruments imported by travellers and entitled to relief as returned goods.’\n(2) In Article 231, the following point (e) is added:\n(e) ‘portable musical instruments of travellers.’\n(3) In Article 232, paragraph 1, the following point (d) is added:\n(d) ‘portable musical instruments referred to in Article 569(1a).’.\n(4) In Article 569, the following paragraph 1a is inserted:\n‘1a. Total relief from import duties shall be granted for portable musical instruments temporarily imported by a traveller as defined in Article 236(A) with the intention of using them as professional equipment.’.",
