Article 1 Subject matter

This Regulation establishes

1. (a)

   conditions for full and open access to information produced by the GMES services and of data collected through the GMES dedicated infrastructure;

2. (b)

   criteria for restricting access to that information and data;

3. (c)

   conditions for registration of GMES users.
