  "text": "1. Access to GMES dedicated data and GMES service information shall be given for the purpose of the following use in so far as it is lawful:\n(a) reproduction;\n(b) distribution;\n(c) communication to the public;\n(d) adaptation, modification and combination with other data and information;\n(e) any combination of points (a) to (d).\n2. GMES dedicated data and GMES service information may be used worldwide without limitations in time.",
