  "text": "In Part B of Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 39/2013, the four entries for the Northern component of the stock of hake are replaced by the following:\nWithin the following overall TAC for the northern stock of hake:\n69 440\nTransfers of this quota may be effected to EU waters of IIa and IV.
