Article 37 Repeals

1.

Regulations (EC) No 876/2002 and (EC) No 683/2008 shall be repealed with effect from 1 January 2014.

2.

Any measure adopted on the basis of Regulation (EC) No 876/2002 or Regulation (EC) No 683/2008 shall remain in force.

3.

References to the repealed Regulation (EC) No 683/2008 shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table set out in the Annex hereto.
