# Regulation (EU) No 1292/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2013 amending Regulation (EC) No 294/2008 establishing the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (Text with EEA relevance), Division 2: Without prejudice to paragraph 3, the Governing Board shall adopt decisions by simple majority of members having a right to vote.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

However, decisions under points (a), (b), (c), (i) and (o) of Section 2, and under paragraph 1 of this Section shall require a majority of two thirds of its members having the right to vote.
