  "text": "Action grants may finance the following projects:\n(a) pilot projects;\n(b) demonstration projects;\n(c) best practice projects;\n(d) integrated projects;\n(e) technical assistance projects;\n(f) capacity-building projects;\n(g) preparatory projects;\n(h) information, awareness, and dissemination projects;\n(i) any other projects needed for the purpose of achieving the general objectives set out in Article 3.",
