  2. 2The price referred to in paragraph 1 shall apply to sugar beet of a standard quality as defined in point B of Annex III.

  4. 4Delivery contracts shall lay down a fixed sugar content for beet. They shall include a conversion scale showing the different sugar contents and factors for converting the quantities of beet supplied into quantities corresponding to the sugar content shown in the delivery contract.
