The Secretary of State may make regulations setting out the measures necessary for the application of this Chapter, in particular:\n(a) measures for the implementation of the conditions for recognition of producer organisations and interbranch organisations set out in Articles 154 and 158;\n(b) procedures in the event of a merger of producer organisations;\n(c) provision about the minimum size and minimum membership period;\n(d) procedures relating to the extension of rules and financial contributions as referred to in Articles 164 and 165, in particular the implementation of the concept of \"economic area\" referred to in Article 164(2);\n(e) procedures relating to administrative assistance;\n(f) procedures relating to the outsourcing of activities;\n(g) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n...\nThe appropriate authority may make regulations laying down procedures and technical conditions as regards the implementation of the measures referred to in Article 166.\n2.
