  "text": "For the purposes of this Regulation, ‘beneficiary’ means:\n(a) a worker whose employment is ended prematurely by redundancy, or ends during the reference period referred to in Article 4 and is not renewed;\n(b) a self-employed person who employed not more than 10 workers made redundant within the scope of this Regulation, and whose activity has ceased, provided that the activity was demonstrably dependent on the enterprise concerned in point (a) of Article 4(1), or that, in accordance with point (b) of Article 4(1), the self-employed person was operating in the economic sector concerned.",
