  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from 1 April 2014.\nHowever, Article 3 shall apply from 1 September 2014, Article 6(2) shall apply from 1 January 2014 and Article 9 shall apply from 1 July 2014.",
