  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from 13 December 2014. However, as regards Article 10 point (c) of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 29/2012, Article 1(7) of this Regulation shall apply from 1 January 2016.",
