  "text": "Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 is amended as follows:\n1.. In Article 25e, paragraph 3 is replaced by the following:\n‘3. The maximum percentage of non-organic aquaculture juveniles introduced to the farm shall be 80 % by 31 December 2011, 50 % by 31 December 2014 and 0 % by 31 December 2015.’\n2.. In Article 25o(1), the third subparagraph is replaced by the following:\n‘However, the maximum percentage of seed from non-organic bivalve shellfish hatcheries that may be introduced to the organic production units shall be 80 % by 31 December 2011, 50 % by 31 December 2014 and 0 % by 31 December 2015.’",
