# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1364/2013 of 17 December 2013 amending Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 as regards the use of non-organic aquaculture juveniles and non-organic seed of bivalve shellfish in organic aquaculture, Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 is amended as follows:
1.. In Article 25e, paragraph 3 is replaced by the following:
‘3. The maximum percentage of non-organic aquaculture juveniles introduced to the farm shall be 80 % by 31 December 2011, 50 % by 31 December 2014 and 0 % by 31 December 2015.’
2.. In Article 25o(1), the third subparagraph is replaced by the following:
‘However, the maximum percentage of seed from non-organic bivalve shellfish hatcheries that may be introduced to the organic production units shall be 80 % by 31 December 2011, 50 % by 31 December 2014 and 0 % by 31 December 2015.’
