  "text": "1. For the purposes of Article 35(1), the Secretary of State must draw up and publish a list of the commercial designations accepted in the United Kingdom, together with their scientific names. The list shall indicate:\n(a) the scientific name for each species, in accordance with the FishBase Information System or the ASFIS database of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), where relevant;\n(b) the commercial designation:\n(i)the name of the species ...;\n(ii)where applicable, any other name or names that are accepted or permitted locally or regionally.\n2.
