  "text": "1. The Commission may at any time review the suspensions for the products listed in the Annex in the following cases:\n(a) at its own initiative;\n(b) at the request of Member States.\n2. The Commission shall review the suspensions for products listed in the Annex during the year preceding the end date for mandatory review provided for in that Annex.",
