  "text": "This Regulation shall apply to animals of the avian species.\nHowever, it shall not apply to:\n(a)poultry;\n(b)birds imported for conservation programmes approved by the appropriate authority in the country of destination;\n(c)pet animals subject to relevant legislation, accompanying their owner;\n(d)birds intended for zoos, circuses, amusement parks or experiments;\n(e)birds destined for bodies, institutes or centres approved in accordance with legislation;\n(f)racing pigeons which are introduced to Great Britain from a third country where they are normally resident and then immediately released with the expectation that they will fly back to that third country;\n(g)...",
