# Council Regulation (EU) No 1417/2013 of 17 December 2013 laying down the form of the laissez-passer issued by the European Union, Division 3

The duration of validity of the laissez-passer held by a family member shall never exceed the duration of the validity of the laissez-passer held by the original holder.
