# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1419/2013 of 17 December 2013 concerning the recognition of producer organisations and inter-branch organisations, the extension of the rules of producer organisations and inter-branch organisations and the publication of trigger prices as provided for by Regulation (EU) No 1379/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the common organisation of the markets in fishery and aquaculture products, Article 1: Definitions

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions apply:
(a) ‘producer organisations’ means fishery and aquaculture producer organisations and associations thereof, established pursuant to Articles 6 and 9 of Regulation (EU) No 1379/2013;
(b) ‘inter-branch organisations’ means organisations of operators established pursuant to Article 11 of Regulation (EU) No 1379/2013.
