# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 150/2013 of 19 December 2012 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories with regard to regulatory technical standards specifying the details of the application for registration as a trade repository (Text with EEA relevance), Article 4: Ownership chart

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. An application for registration as a trade repository shall contain a chart showing the ownership links between the parent undertaking, subsidiaries and any other associated entities or branches.
2. The undertakings shown in the chart referred to in paragraph 1 shall be identified by their full name, legal status and legal address.
