  "text": "Without prejudice to the other provisions of this Regulation relating to the amendment of its Annexes, the Commission shall also be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 71 concerning amendments to Annex I in order to introduce regulatory act references and to take corrigenda into account.",
