  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from the date of application of the Agreement as provided for in Article 330 thereof. A notice shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union specifying the date of application of the Agreement.",
