  "text": "For a transitional period until 31 January 2014, consignments of products of animal origin accompanied by the relevant veterinary certificates issued no later than 30 November 2013 in accordance with the models of veterinary certificates before the entry into force of this Regulation may continue to be introduced into the Union.",
