  "heading": "Appropriate procedures shall be in place to ensure that:",
  "text": "(a) the establishment producing sprouts is kept clean and, where necessary, disinfected;\n(b) all equipment with which seeds and sprouts come into contact is effectively cleaned and, where necessary, disinfected. The cleaning and disinfection of such equipment shall take place at a frequency sufficient to avoid any risk of contamination.",
