Article 2 Amendment to Regulation (EC) No 1434/98

In Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 1434/98 the following paragraph is added:

‘1a.

Paragraph 1 shall not apply to herring caught in ICES division IIIa, sub-area IV, division VIId and EU waters of ICES division IIa.’.
