This Regulation lays down specific measures for agriculture to mitigate the difficulties caused by the insularity, small size and distance from markets of the smaller Aegean islands (‘the smaller islands’).\n2. For the purposes of this Regulation ‘the smaller islands’ means any islands in the Aegean Sea except the islands of Crete and Evia.",
