For the purposes of this Section:

  1. (a)

    ‘securitisation’ means a securitisation F1as defined in regulation 3(1) of the Securitisation Regulations 2024;

  2. (b)

    ‘securitisation position’ means a securitisation position F2as so defined;

  3. (c)

    ‘sponsor’ means a sponsor F3as so defined;

  4. (d)

    ‘tranche’ means a tranche F4as so defined;
